Blood Tribe/Kainaiwa Missing Children Indian Residential School Project – Community Update Meetings – February 19, 2026

The Missing Children Indian Residential School Project Team will be hosting four upcoming Community Update Meetings to provide Tribal members with updates on the project.

All community members are encouraged to attend the update meetings about the project or share any information that could help the Blood Tribe’s research efforts.

Also, everyone is encouraged to bring any photos or images they have from the Indian Residential Schools so the Project Team can make copies and add them to their photo archives.

The meetings are scheduled to take place in the communities of Standoff, Levern, Old Agency, Moses Lake, and Lethbridge.

Dates & Times
February 23, 2026 – Old Agency – 6:00 p.m.
February 24, 2026 – Levern – 6:00 p.m.
February 25, 2026 – Standoff – 6:00 p.m.

March 10, 2026 – Moses Lake – 6:00 p.m.

March 19, 2026 – Lethbridge – 6:00 p.m.

• Meals will be provided to all who attend, along with opportunities to win door prizes.
