The Blood Reserve School Bus Co-op Buses will be running to off-reserve schools this week starting Monday November 16th. The Buses will travel to homes only if the roads are okay. Parents may call their drivers if they would like to have a meeting point for pick up and drop off. If parents bring their children to school due to road conditions then they will be required to pick them up after school.
The on-reserve KBE schools are closed for the week of November 16th and until further notice. The Bus Co-op will continue incorporating safety measures such as: the use of ride-along safety assistants; the use of face masks for all children; thermometer checks upon entering; and exiting the bus, this includes drivers and ride along assistants.
All buses will continue to be sanitized before each pick up morning and afternoon. If the Bus Co-op receives a directive from the Blood Tribe Emergency Team to cease running all buses we will then stop running until further notice. Our office will be open from Monday to Friday unless otherwise advised by the Emergency Team.
