On February 9th, 10th, and 11th the Blood Tribe Department of Health will set up clinics at the Multipurpose Building in Stand Off to start administering the initial 1000 vaccines the reserve receives.
Please be advised that transportation arrangements are being provided to any Blood Tribe members 65 years of age and older, living on reserve or in surrounding communities, who need transportation to and from the Multipurpose Building.
To book for transportation, please inform the Blood Tribe Department of Health when scheduling your vaccine appointment that you need a ride, so they can make arrangements with Blood Tribe Family & Community Support Services (FCSS) to pick you up.
In case you forget to indicate the need for transportation when you scheduled your vaccine appointment, you can still contact FCSS at 403-737-2888 to book for a ride. If you are experiencing difficulties contacting FCSS, you can call Tia Fox at 403-360-9147.
