Blood Reserve Gift Card Update For Tribal Members Living On and Off Reserve – (March 18, 2021)

Our appreciation to Blood Tribe Chief and Council in providing a second opportunity to offset some of the costs for Tribe members in coping with the COVID-19 pandemic. A total of 2,364 Blood Tribe households received $200 gift cards.

Blood Tribe Housing reported a total of 1,264 Blood Reserve households/families received the $200 gift cards with more going out on March 19, 2021.

Blackfoot Confederacy mailed out 1,100 $200 gift cards to Blood Tribe members residing off reserve.

  • Kainai Food Market – securing food and gift cards
  • Blackfoot Confederacy, Genevieve Fox – securing gift cards for off-reserve, coordination, record keeping, mailouts
