Blood Tribe Land Management held its Annual Christmas Tree Lighting on the evening of November 24, 2022. The event kicks off the Christmas Season on the Blood Reserve and is a local favourite with a visit by Napi Santa with bag treats for everyone and also a delicious bag of potatoes give away by the Standoff Hutterite Colony. The Christmas Tree Lights can be seen by the Kainai War Veterans Monument between the Kainai Continuing Care and the BTA.
